Hotel Le Florian - Cannes

The staff was really friendly and helpful, very nice people. The room had all the facilities you could need during a short vacation. The location was also excellent, close to the beach and to the train station.

We got an upgrade to a good-sized and extremely pleasant room with climate control, a personal safe and a work desk. A bathtub was good size and everything was fine

The location is very good, close to the public beach and Festival's Palace. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

The location, given the price we paid for the apartment, was excellent. It was 50m from La Croisette and the sea, and 10 metres from the rue d'Antibes with all the more affordable shops. There were several restaurants in and around the rue Commandant Andre as well only being 10-15 mins walk from the restaurants in the old town. We had an apartment in the annexe which was very quiet and looked as though it had just been done up and was kept very clean by the staff. However, we did not eat in at all. It was just nice to have a very efficient fridge. The airconditioning was also very efficient which was a relief as we were there during a heatwave.If you are on a budget, this hotel is a very good option. If you are richer, there are obviously plenty more luxurious places to stay.

We had an apartment for 2 nights and it was great. Good size with full kitchen. The location is great, right in the heart of the shops and 5 mins walk to the beach. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The car parking was close and secure. Excellent Aircon too.

A little bit of noise at night with restaurants right under the window, but good double glazing and shutters. Kitchen needs kettle & sharp knifes.

Noisy cleaning staff start knocking loudly at 10:00 AM!!! Could use better sound insulation from the hallway chatter!!!

Location was good, accessible to the beach & restaurants were just right the the door step of the appartment.

Too noisy..can hear loud music clearly from the pubs from the next street. Stay was marred by this factor. Otherwise, its a good place to stay as the host is very friendly & cordial.

Staff are friendly and speak very good English. They are very accommodative. It is a very good value for money.

A bread toaster, salt & pepper mill would have completed the kitchenette.

The hotel was gorgeous with excellent staff and an incredible location so close to everything. The double room was extremely pleasant and fancy, with climate control, a personal safe and a work desk.

The apartment was very well equipped and located just 200 meters from the public beach and promenade. The staff were friendly and communicative in English, often a rarity in France. A small kitchen was available, but we didn't use it. The only drawback was the noise from the street, though the bedroom itself remained quiet .

Everything is nice in hotel Florian!

The location is perfect and for a mere 74 euro a night, you're only a hop, skip and jump from the beach. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and spoke decent english. Even let us check out a day early and keep our luggage there late in to the evening.
